The MOQ for standard packaged chocolate is Ksh.6,000/-, and that for standard packaged ice creams is Ksh.12,000/-.

Customized ice cream labels are free. For chocolate, the cost is dependent on a number of factors, including packaging type, and the order quantity.
Deliveries are done only in Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru and their immediate environs.
Yes, you do. For products delivery, a week’s notice should be given. However, in the case of product customization, one month’s notice is required.
Delivery is free of charge.
A freezer can be issued with a deposit of Ksh.10,000/-, which is fully refundable once the freezer has been collected from the event/function and confirmed to be in good working condition. To qualify for a freezer, one needs to meet the MOQ of Ksh.12,000/-.
